REBUILT for Men and REBUILT for Women are officially live. We sat down to walk through what's actually inside each one, and why this is the fourth version of REBUILT that Johnna has built.

Why We Rebuilt REBUILT (Again)

Earlier versions of REBUILT were written trying to convince everyone. This one is written for one specific person: someone who already knows they want to take their power back and just needs a starting point, not a sales pitch. Same on the men's side, built from the same twelve-week process Clint actually used, condensed down with alternatives built in for whatever equipment you have access to.

What's Inside: The Guide, The Program, The Journal

Each version comes as three short downloads. The Guide is the story and the why, meant to be read once. The Program is the actual twelve-week training and nutrition breakdown, built to progress from bodyweight to bands to dumbbells to barbells depending on where you're starting. The Journal is a simple way to track progress, useful but optional, nothing in the program depends on using it.

No Six-Pack-in-12-Weeks Promises

There's no promise anywhere in REBUILT that twelve weeks ends with a finished body. The twelve weeks are a foundation, not a finish line, closer to an expanded version of the idea that it takes about three weeks to build a habit. What happens after the twelve weeks is on you, but you'll have the tools.

Training With Just Bands and Bodyweight

The program was rebuilt around the fact that Clint and Johnna spent months with no gym access at all after their move, only bands and bodyweight. Both of them maintained their muscle mass through that stretch, which shaped how the program is structured: full progressions exist at every equipment level, so a lack of a gym isn't a reason to stop.

Johnna's Own Numbers

Johnna has lost and kept off more than 100 pounds using this exact approach. Her method wasn't macro tracking, it was building meals around hitting a protein target consistently, which she credits with rebuilding a metabolism that once couldn't handle more than 1,200 calories a day without gaining weight. That took about a year and a half, not twelve weeks, and it's part of why the program doesn't promise a fast finish.
