We're Clint & Johnna. We Lived It. Now We Guide It.
We don't teach transformation from a textbook. We teach it from the trenches—100 pounds lost, sobriety earned, strength built, and lives rebuilt from the inside out.
Elevated Life is where mindset, strength, and personal responsibility meet—online, in your ears, and in your daily choices.
Our Philosophy: No Fluff. No Fixing. Real Work.
We believe wellness isn't about perfection—it's about sustainability.
We believe transformation happens through four pillars:
1. Wellness - The foundation. Fuel, sleep, recovery, regulation. Your body is the vehicle—treat it with respect.
2. Movement - The tool. Strength training, mobility, functional fitness. Not cardio death spirals.
3. Mindset - The driver. Your thoughts create your reality. Face your fears. Do the inner work.
4. Personal Responsibility - The container. You are not broken. You are not a victim. You have agency.
We Don't Believe In:
- 30-day transformation promises
- Inspiration porn that makes you feel good but changes nothing
- Blaming external circumstances for internal problems
- Coddling grown adults who are capable of more
We Do Believe In:
- Honest conversations about the real work of transformation
- Meeting you where you are without lowering the standard
- Walking alongside you, not fixing you
- Sustainable practices that actually work long-term
We Built This for People Like Us
Elevated Life exists because we were tired of the fitness industry's noise—tired of the false promises and the endless cycle of restriction, guilt, and "starting over."
We built this for the internally driven—the ones who are done outsourcing responsibility for their lives and ready to rebuild from the inside out.
This is for you if:
- You're tired of quick fixes and ready for sustainable change
- You know deep down you're capable of more
- You're willing to do the uncomfortable work
- You want guides who've actually lived it, not just studied it
This is NOT for you if:
- You want someone to coddle you or make excuses
- You're looking for transformation guarantees
- You need constant external motivation instead of building internal drive
- You're not ready to take personal responsibility
We're not here to fix you. You're not broken.
We're here to walk alongside you as you rebuild—one choice, one rep, one day at a time.

Transformation Beyond Fitness
We're not fitness influencers. We're not here to motivate you for 30 days. We're guides for people who are done numbing, done performing, and ready to rebuild their lives from the inside out. Elevated Life exists at the intersection of strength, mindset, personal responsibility, and lived experience. Fitness is one gateway—but never the whole story.
Clint
Transformation coach, podcast host, and guide who rebuilt his life by facing fear head-on.
For decades, I lived in comfortable hell—drinking myself into oblivion most nights, having conversations I didn't remember, quietly resigned to a slow exit. It wasn't dramatic. It was just... familiar.
On July 5th, 2023, I changed my relationship with alcohol.
That was the starting line—not the finish.
What actually changed my life was learning how to face what I'd been running from for over 30 years.
Fear had been quietly steering everything:
- Fear of the dark
- Fear of water (I knew how to swim—fear just kept me from doing it)
- Fear of elevators since missing one in 4th grade
- Fear of phone calls
- Fear of being seen
So I started doing the opposite.
I sat in pitch-black darkness and challenged whatever was waiting for me to come get it. I got back in the water in my 40s and stopped letting fear win. I rode the elevator I'd avoided since 4th grade. I made the phone calls that terrified me. I trained my body. I showed up when I wanted to hide.
One fear at a time, I dismantled the prison I had built.
Along the way, something deeper shifted. I used to walk around slumped over, staring at the ground—like I was apologizing for taking up space. Now I stand straight and make eye contact. That shift didn't come from confidence coaching. It came from finally believing I deserved to be here.
As I built physical strength and self-trust, my inner world changed too. Confidence replaced apology. Presence replaced avoidance. I stopped asking for permission to exist.
Direct. Grounded. No-BS.
Fear doesn't get a vote. Discomfort is the admission price for growth. Tools don't save you—they get you back to even so you can build from there.
I don't fix people. I don't coddle. I hold the container, tell the truth, and walk alongside those willing to do the work.
Johnna
Transformation coach, gym owner, podcast co-host, and guide for rebuilding from burnout, restriction, and self-betrayal.
For most of my life, I followed the rules. I did what I was "supposed" to do. I chased approval, perfection, and control—while quietly feeling disconnected from myself.
My life looked fine on the outside. Inside, I was exhausted.
Then everything started coming apart.
A house fire. A divorce. A coaching role that required real visibility. Progress photos that triggered massive panic attacks because I could no longer hide.
Every identity I had built collapsed—and underneath it, I realized I had been performing instead of living.
My transformation started when I finally walked into a gym after years of being too embarrassed—a heavier woman terrified of being judged. I picked up 10-pound dumbbells and felt strong for the first time in years instead of deprived.
I lost 100 pounds—not through restriction, but through finally nourishing myself. Along the way, I discovered most of my clients were unknowingly under-eating, their bodies stuck in survival mode from years of diet culture.
What I learned was simple but profound:
My body was never betraying me. It was protecting me.
Now, I work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, and disconnected from themselves. I program every client differently—bad knee, bad shoulder, surgery recovery, nutrition-only, lifting-only. I read people energetically in that first meeting, not just their bodies but where they actually are in their journey.
I meet them where they are—not where they think they should be.
Compassionate but unapologetic.
I won't lower the standard, but I won't abandon you either. I help people stop fighting reality and start building a relationship with themselves that creates real, embodied change.
Together
We built Elevated Life because we were tired of the noise:
- Empty motivation
- Quick fixes
- Highlight reels
- People staying stuck because no one told them the truth
We don't teach from textbooks. We teach from the trenches—100 pounds lost, relationship with alcohol transformed, fears faced one by one, lives rebuilt from the inside out.
You're not broken. You're not behind. And you don't need fixing.
You need structure, honesty, and the willingness to face what you've been avoiding.
Transformation is internal first. Always.
The Deeper Work
This section is for those who already feel the pull—and want to understand the deeper framework behind Elevated Life.
Our transformations didn't stop at behavior change. They went deeper—into identity, belief systems, and consciousness itself.
Clint: The Deeper Story
My spiritual evolution didn't come from religion or external authority. It came from finally valuing myself enough to stop numbing and start paying attention.
I went from complete atheist to understanding consciousness evolution in under six months. Not through church or scripture, but through finally valuing myself.
Here's what I realized:
I had time every day to sit at the bar for hours. But I "didn't have time" to take care of myself? That wasn't logistics. That was worthiness.
The gym became my church—not because of the weights, but because every rep was me saying "I'm worth this effort. I'm worth showing up for."
As fear loosened its grip, awareness expanded.
What I began exploring—often clumsily at first—was consciousness itself: Responsibility over victimhood. Service over ego. Presence over avoidance.
What some call "fourth-density consciousness" or "service to others" simply means this: you've done enough internal work that you can hold space for others without getting pulled into their path. You can shine light on the door, but you can't walk through it for them.
I came to understand that healing your relationship with yourself heals your relationship with the divine. They're not separate. You're not separate from source—you're an extension of it.
Masculine energy, to me, isn't domination.
It's structure, containment, and safety. It protects without controlling and challenges without shaming. It holds the standard while creating space for growth.
Johnna: The Deeper Story
My awakening wasn't soft or pretty.
It meant questioning everything I'd been taught about God, worthiness, and obedience. It meant realizing that spirituality isn't something handed to you—it's something you cultivate from within.
I don't believe Jesus was God anymore.
He was showing us the potential within all of us. I believe the Kingdom isn't somewhere you go after you die. It's here, now, within you. That realization freed me completely from religious programming.
I no longer believe truth lives outside of us. I believe it's embodied, intuitive, and relational.
What some call "energetic reading" is simply pattern recognition—listening to what people's bodies, words, and nervous systems are communicating beneath the surface.
I didn't want to be a personal trainer.
You have to be perfect with 10% body fat and no stretch marks and no story, right? But the universe pushed me so wide open into gym ownership that I couldn't leave.
I talk about zero days with clients—when your dog died a month ago and you thought you were over it but you're not. The butterfly cocoon metaphor—transformation requires breaking down before rebuilding. Why discipline matters more than motivation. Why you can't love others without loving yourself first.
I study circadian rhythm alignment, nervous system regulation, trauma-informed training, and root-cause healing models—not as ideology, but as tools. I follow functional medicine practitioners who've been banned for curing people and getting them off pharmaceuticals.
The body is not the enemy. It's the messenger.
Our Shared Framework
We view fitness, mindset, spirituality, and personal responsibility as gateways, not silos.
Some people wake up through lifting weights. Some through transforming their relationship with substances. Some through losing 100 pounds. Some through divorce. Some through facing their demons in pitch-black darkness.
The gateway doesn't matter—the willingness to walk through it does.
But the work is always internal first.
What guides us:
- Fear is a liar, but discomfort is a compass
- Tools restore capacity—they don't create transcendence
- Discipline creates freedom
- You cannot save people—you can only shine light on the door
- Service requires a full cup, not self-sacrifice
- The Kingdom isn't somewhere else—it's lived now
- You chose this life because your soul was ready for it
The partnership dynamic:
Clint brings structure, accountability, and direct challenge—masculine presence that protects without controlling.
Johnna brings intuition, energetic awareness, and space-holding—feminine flow that nurtures without enabling.
Together, we create a container where transformation can happen. Not by fixing you or saving you, but by walking alongside you as you remember who you were before fear, masks, and conditioning took over.
The Invitation
Elevated Life isn't about becoming someone new. It's about becoming more of who you've always been underneath the fear.
And if you're ready to stop numbing, stop performing, and stop waiting—we'll walk alongside you as you rebuild.
