We're Clint and Johnna, and we built this podcast for people who are tired of the wellness industry's noise. This isn't about 30-day transformations or perfect meal prep. It's about the real, messy, uncomfortable work of rebuilding your life from the inside out.
We don't teach from textbooks. We teach from the trenches.
Johnna lost 100 pounds through strength training and proper nourishment—not starvation and cardio. Clint got sober, faced his fears, and rebuilt his entire life one choice at a time. Together, we run Elevated Fitness & Mobility in Tonasket, WA, and guide people through real transformation.
Every episode is an honest conversation about what it actually takes to change your life. We talk about fitness, nutrition, mindset, spiritual growth, and personal responsibility. No filters. No performative wellness. Just two people who've lived it, walking alongside you.
