How It Works

Step 1: Apply

Fill out our application form so we can learn about your goals, experience level, and what you're looking for in coaching. This helps us determine if we're the right fit.

Step 2: Discovery Call

If your application looks like a good fit, we'll reach out to schedule a free 20-minute discovery call. We'll discuss your goals, answer questions, and make sure coaching is right for both of us.

Step 3: Get Started

Once you're accepted, you'll get access to TrueCoach app, receive your customized program, and schedule your first weekly coaching call. We'll also send you the complete R.E.B.U.I.L.T. Method if you don't already have it.

Step 4: Build Sustainable Transformation

Weekly calls with both coaches, ongoing program adjustments, form checks, troubleshooting, and the accountability that keeps you moving forward even when motivation fades.

What app do you use for workouts?

We use TrueCoach, a simple and clean app designed specifically for personal training. It works on both phone and desktop, and has everything you need: exercise videos, progress tracking, messaging, and workout logging.

What if I miss a weekly call?

Life happens. You can reschedule your call within the same week. We're flexible, but consistent weekly check-ins are essential for accountability and progress.

Can I cancel after 3 months?

Yes. After your 3-month minimum commitment, you can continue month-to-month or pause your coaching anytime. No long-term contracts or surprise fees.

Do I need access to a gym?

No. We customize your program based on whatever equipment you have—full gym, home setup with dumbbells and bands, or bodyweight only. Your training adapts to your situation.

Will you write me meal plans?

No. We teach you the principles of nutrition—protein targets, hydration, meal timing—so you can make your own sustainable choices. We're not interested in creating dependency; we want to educate you to do this yourself.
